As per the current Canadian criteria, selection patterns and thresholds, you should be able to secure Canadian Permanent Residence potentially within six months ( N.B. From the date of submission of PR application under Express Entry Program — and Canadian Citizenship after 3 years of residence), if you meet the relevant criteria.

If you do not meet the requirements to be , you may follow the structured pathway/s to make yourself eligible to receive an ITA( Invitation to Apply for Permanent Resident Visa) as per the current Immigration Canada criteria and selection thresholds.

(If you are not currently eligible for your age or whatever other reason, your son or daughter may be able to obtain Canadian PR through a structured pathway. Once he is established in Canada, they can sponsor parents as Permanent Residents to Canada )

Eligibility Summary & Relevant Important Information

• Below 50 years ( Below 30 year applicants have a greater and more flexible opportunities ) – Applicants aged 35 and above most of the time requires French Proficiency ( Approximately, B2 level knowledge ) – Zenith Immigration from time to time conducts guidance courses to empower applicants to obtain French proficiency through online platforms.
• Bachelor Degree (Master’s may be required – Eligible Master’s Degree can be obtained within one year in Sri Lanka. Master’s degree may be possible without a bachelor or diploma , but with managerial experience)
• 1 to 3 year work experience( Depending on the program, qualifications and language fluency levels.
• IELTS High Fluency ( Given above ) – ( Many Zenith clients who have started with mid fluency ( 6 each in each band IELTS, achieve 8 for listening other three bands 7 each higher level with hard and smart work )
• French Mid Proficiency – This is not mandatory ( Optional pathway) – Our clients confirm that from zero knowledge to required fluency can be obtained through hard and smart self learning through online platforms( Zenith Immigration also conducts French Courses from time to time to assist clients).
